(Al-Mursalath) 77 : 48
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ارْكَعُوا لَا يَرْكَعُونَ
If they are told, “Bow your heads,” they will not bow their heads.
If the disbelievers are told, “Bow your head before Adhikr; be beseeching; flee to Adhikr,” they flee from Adhikr arrogantly as if they are self-sufficient and well-learned. See explanation 32: 12-13; 39: 32-33; and 68: 42.
